For customers within Klang Valley, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed by 4 PM on weekdays and by 2 PM on Saturdays. Delivery times for international shipments vary by destination. We provide tracking to monitor your delivery progress.
Q6. Will there be duties and taxes for international shipping?
Duties and taxes may be applicable for international shipping. If duties and/or taxes are incurred for your package, the buyer will be responsible in covering the fees before delivery can proceed.
Q7. What if I refuse to pay for the taxes incurred?
If the taxes are not paid when your package reaches the custom, the buyer will be responsible in covering the initial shipping cost or return shipping cost if/when applicable.

Yes, you can reserve an item with a deposit of 30% of the price. The deposit is non-refundable.
