Terms of Sale
- All items sold are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated by the Company.
- Any deposits or partial payments made shall be non-transferable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the condition of the item(s) prior to purchase, whether through photographs provided, virtual communication, or physical inspection at our premises. By proceeding with payment, the customer is deemed to have accepted the item in its current condition.
- All items are sold on an “as-is” basis. The Company shall not be held liable for any wear and tear, deterioration, or changes in condition occurring after the completion of the sale.
- The Company guarantees that all items sold are authentic and have undergone internal verification processes.
- In the unlikely event of an authenticity dispute, a return and refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following conditions:
- The claim must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the item;
- The item must be proven to be non-authentic by at least two (2) independent professional authenticators and/or an authorised representative of the respective brand;
- All supporting documents and evidence must be submitted for review;
- The Company reserves the sole right to assess and make the final decision on such claims.
- For international orders, customers shall be responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by the destination country.
- In the event that an international shipment is returned due to the customer’s failure to pay customs duties or taxes, all return shipping costs, handling fees, and any additional charges incurred shall be borne by the customer. Any reshipment will only be arranged upon full settlement of such costs.

User shall agree that LuxuryByDesiree.com may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc. through email to the user.
Indemnification
The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold DELUXESACS ENTERPRISE harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. LuxuryByDesiree.com will not be related or involve to any such website if the user’s content/product(s) got damaged or loss have any connection with third party site.

Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or LuxuryByDesiree.com. Customers may terminate this agreement at any time. However, LuxuryByDesiree.com may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
